How Karen Earned a New Body in 4 Months.

Karen Collage (2)What keeps you motivated? What keeps me motivated is how healthy and strong I feel. I can do things now I couldn’t before or was afraid to do. Like hiking and kayaking. I feel like now I have direction for a healthy Long life.

Do you ever have periods where your motivation is low and miss a few workouts? I have had days where I have low motivation and have missed a workout or two but at the next class I feel great and wonder why I would not go. That keeps me coming back.

Did you take any Adcovare, Plexus, Isagenix or any other multi-level marketing products? No

What supplements if any do you take? I do take fish oil, vitamin D, a probiotic and dynamic greens.

What’s a typical workout schedule in a week for you? I exercise at Eupraxia 5 days a week walk at night and do fun outdoor activities on weekend. Biking, hiking volleyball….

Can you describe what you eat on a typical day?
-Breakfast 2 eggs with asparagus and an apple.

-Snack almonds or carrots

-Lunch spinach salad with egg or chicken

-Supper usually chicken or steak with broccoli or sweet potato

-And lots of water daily…

Any advice for people looking to improve their health? My advice to others would be dig deep and really get down to why you want to be healthy, use that motivation and find ways to remind yourself daily of why you started and where you want to go..

What is favorite healthy meal? My favorite healthy meal is eggs with asparagus

What is your favorite cheat food? My favorite cheat is organic dark chocolate covered almonds!
