I am constantly being asking about different multi level marketing supplement companies.
You’ve probably heard the routine…”my friend swears by X, or my neighbor says I can work from home and make so much money selling Y.”
Personally, I think they are all an equal load of shit. They all use the exact same marketing ploys, all make inflated promises full of puffery. All massively overpriced extremely low to mediocre quality products.

What do you think of juice plus capsules? They have been studied and mentioned is several medical articles as well as promoted by many doctors. I don’t think their shakes are a good choice, but the capsules seem good. They are non-gmo, and recently changed some ingredients for the better as well. There are no synthetics either. Curious for your opinion.
First please know that being promoted by doctors is for the most part meaningless. Doctors, nurses, PA’s you name it will admit they get next to zero training on nutrition. I’ve looked at the “23 studies” a juice plus rep used to try and get me to sell their products years ago. Most of which were studies with dried fruits and veggie powders. Not specifically juice plus. And it’s no secret getting more fruits/veggies in your diet is good. Here’s the rub, the amount of product you are getting in a juice plus capsule for the cost makes is ridiculously expensive. Anyone reading this is FAR better served spending that money on whole fruits and vegetables. It’s kinda like paying $15 for a dried egg when you can go by an egg for 25 cents.
